Dianne was born and raised in Gibson County by parents that were and remain loving and dedicated believers. She has no recollection of not attending church. Most everything in her childhood revolved around the weekend and what event was taking place at church on Sunday morning and evening. Her father was a deacon and Sunday School teacher, and her mom also a Sunday School teacher, and her brother was studying to become a minister; all living lives focused on "doing the right thing" and serving others. She is still grateful to have been surrounded by both family and church family that lived their beliefs daily.

Having an overwhelming love for contemporary Christian music, Dianne enjoyed the opportunity to be a member of an ensemble that traveled almost every weekend for about 10 years singing and sharing God's word. It seemed a very natural, rewarding, and enjoyable way to be about God's business. It was enjoyable because unlike many of her friends, Dianne's family made certain she knew that living a Christian life was not only good and right, but could be and should be fun!

Dianne attended Union University and later UT Martin where she received her BS in Psychology. She quickly learned that while working on projects and committees, she shined when identifying needs and then searching for just the right person to fill those needs. After graduation, a trusted mentor suggested that she focus on a career that would allow her to talk and listen a great deal because both came so naturally. That advice led her into the field of Human Resources where she has spent over 25 years matching people with careers and companies.

Last fall Dianne resigned from the corporate environment and shortly thereafter began working part time assisting with the assimilation efforts here at Fellowship. At the beginning of 2010 she joined our team fulltime as our Assimilation Coordinator. Meeting and helping folks get plugged in and connected at Fellowship is energizing and fulfilling for her. She loves Fellowship and feels blessed and honored to be a part of this family.

Dianne and her husband Rick live on a family farm in Henderson County. They have 4 children; Tim, Elizabeth, Ryan and Reed. They have been members of Fellowship Bible Church since 2002, and are excited to be part of history in the making with what God is doing here in Jackson.
