LEARNING CENTER SUMMER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

SUMMER SUNDAY PICNIC | JUNE 3
Join us for our Summer Picnic; it will be held this Sunday, June 3 from 5:00-7:30 PM on the Farmhouse lawn. We will provide BBQ, pizza for the kids, drinks for all plus paper goods. There will also be games and inflatables for the kids. If your last name begins with A-M, bring a dessert. If your last name begins with N-Z,  bring a side. Everyone bring lawn chairs or a blanket, and we will see you there!

MAN UP RETREAT
For rising 7th & 8th grade boys and their dads/mentor! Join us July 21 - 22 for a Whitewater Retreat on the Ocoee River in East TN. Cost: $100/person before June 17th; $115/person after (includes everything but meals in transit).

ROOM IN THE INN SUMMER DATES
Room In The Inn has extended their program to run year round.  Fellowship has been asked to host the following summer/fall dates: 6/21, 7/19, 8/23, 9/20, and 10/25. Click HERE to register!

PRAYER REQUEST FOR ALEX ERVIN
Alex Ervin is leaving tonight for Afghanistan. Please be in prayer for him, his wife Meredith, and their 5-month-old son, Eli, and the rest of his family. Also, please cover his platoon in prayer for protection and peace.

HOLLAND'S WELCOME BACK PARTY
Fellowship missionaries to Ecuador, Loren and Alaina Holland, will be in Jackson for a few days in June. We are planning a

SPAGHETTI DINNER & SILENT AUCTION FOR MORSE FAMILY ADOPTION | THIS SATURDAY!
David and Priscilla Morse of Jackson, TN are adopting a three-year-old orphan who has Down syndrome. Please join them in the Barn on May 19 from 5 - 7:30 PM for a dinner which includes spaghetti, bread, dessert and a drink.  Tickets are $5 and children 2 and under eat FREE.  
The silent auction has some great items including "park hopper" passes to Disney, tickets to Gatlinburg attractions, baseball tickets, gift certificates to restaurants, items from local businesses, and so much more!  Bidders do NOT have to stay until 7:30; winners will be notified within 48 hours. If you cannot attend, please consider buying a ticket and "donating" your plate to RIFA. The leftover pasta and sauce will be delivered to them on Monday. Tickets may be purchased at HaliHannigan's in The Columns, at Patriot Equity Credit Union on Union University Drive, or by calling Amber Guthrie at 343-3552 (she will deliver tickets).   

ART OF COMPASSION
On June 1 - 2 in downtown Jackson, RIFA will be sponsoring the Art of Compassion arts festival. In conjunction with the Shannon St. Music Fest, there will be demonstrating artists, a silent auction and a book sale! Click HERE for more information.
