Men's Fraternity

Men's Fraternity is a community-wide ministry to men. It aims "to develop committed followers of Christ by promoting authentic relationships among men." Structured around compelling teaching and dynamic small groups, MF has helped many men discover authentic masculinity.

This year MF provides three distinct growth opportunities:

Man and His Maker

October 20 - December 15

Have you ever been so overwhelmed with the demands of life that you've asked yourself, "What on earth am I doing here?" The first semester of this year's Men's Fraternity is designed to help you put things in perspective. This study in the first four chapters of Genesis will have a special emphasis on the implications for men by examining the following subjects:

• Exploring our unique design
• Finding place and purpose
• Avoiding the traps of life
• Experiencing the "win"

Man and His Master

January 26 - March 16

It seems that everyone in Christian circles agrees that it's necessary to have a personal relationship with Jesus. But how does one start this relationship and what should it look like? The second semester of this year's Men's Fraternity seeks to answer these questions by analyzing the bond between Jesus and his disciples. In these eight weeks we will survey the Gospels to discover:

• How the disciples connected with Jesus
• What Jesus expects from his friends
• How to become close without growing familiar
• What it takes to grow a relationship over time

r12

April 20 - June 22

r12 is a curriculum developed by Chip Ingram to help people further their spiritual growth. In Romans 12 the apostle Paul outlines the personal and practical applications of a life with God. Paul describes the Christian life in five categories:

• Relationship with God
• Relationship to the world
• Relationship to ourselves
• Relationship with believers
• Relationship with non-believers

Men's Fraternity meets on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 am at the Worship Center on the campus of Fellowship Bible Church.
